John is so tactful and intuitive that he could have gone into the diplomatic corps. I was so happy and satisfied with the final result of finding my condo, and this was due to John’s exhaustive knowledge of the market in Palm Springs. He’s so good at matching the right property to the person. We  were communicating halfway across the country, and he made what could have been a very stressful experience a pleasure. John also navigated through all the steps from first exploratory discussions to the closing very methodically, which was reassuring. Great stroke of luck to have run into John.
