John, who became a friend along the way, served my interests in Rancho Mirage, CA, with earnest energy and personable, polished professionalism. John handled the more “delicate” aspects of my sale with sophistication and savvy, and he was in contact with me by phone whenever there was anything  that he felt I needed to know.
